Returns and Refunds

How can I return something I ordered?

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have ordered you can return them to us and receive a refund for the cost of the product you ordered. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and that you return the products to us within 14 days and you will have to pay the postage cost back to us. The returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all fragile items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

How can I get something replaced or exchanged?

Damaged goods

If you receive an item that's damaged you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement, just email us at info@smokingdragons.com or call us on 01654 761349.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one just email us at info@smokingdragons.com or call us on 01654 761349. to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase. Once you have contacted us just return your original order to us at the following address:
